Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI-ND-CO LLC (ООО «AI-ND-CO», taxpayer ID 313 403 684, legal address: 1-uy, 36-xonadon, Tashselmash mavzesi, Mashinasozlar MFY, Yashnobod district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan; “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website ai-nd.co and our products Vox Flow, PDD Test and Voice Analytics (together, the “Services”).

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other applicable legislation.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a hash), language and settings.
  • Content you provide: voice recordings and the text produced from them (Vox Flow); test answers, results and progress (PDD Test); call recordings, transcripts and reports uploaded or generated by a business customer (Voice Analytics).
  • Subscription and payment data: plan, payment status, dates and amounts. Card details are entered on the page of the bank, payment provider or app store and are not received or stored by us.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and app version, operating system, error logs and security logs.
  • Correspondence: messages you send to our support.

2. Why we use it

  • to create and maintain your account and provide the Services you request;
  • to process subscriptions, payments, refunds and issue receipts;
  • to provide support and send service notices (for example, about payments or changes to these terms);
  • to keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and fix errors;
  • to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process personal data with your consent, to perform our contract with you, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content for advertising.

3. Where your data is stored

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is collected, processed and stored on servers physically located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as required by Article 271 of the Law “On Personal Data”. Data may be transferred outside Uzbekistan only where the law permits it, for a specific purpose and with your consent where consent is required.

4. Who we share data with

  • hosting and infrastructure providers that store data on our behalf;
  • banks, payment providers and app stores (Google Play, App Store) that process your payments;
  • service providers that help us run the Services (for example, sending email or processing audio), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • for Voice Analytics, the business customer that owns the recordings — we process those recordings on its instructions;
  • state authorities, when we are legally required to do so.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (for example, payment and accounting records, kept for the period set by tax legislation). Business customers of Voice Analytics set their own retention period for recordings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, blocked or deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to complain to the authorised state body. To use these rights, write to info@ai-nd.co. We reply within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access control, password hashing, backups and logging of access to systems that hold personal data. Only staff who need the data for their work can access it.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics. It may store your language choice in your browser. Our apps use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

9. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. For material changes we will notify users in the app or by email.
